Nik Reed

Chief Executive Officer

Nicholas (Nik) Reed is the CEO and former Senior Vice President of Product and Research & Development of Knowable. Previously, Nik was the Co-founder of Ravel Law, a start-up that transformed caselaw into analytics. LexisNexis acquired Ravel in 2017, and Nik became Vice President of Product Strategy, developing solutions like Context at LexisNexis. Prior to Ravel, Nik worked in investment banking and strategy consulting. Nik is a Stanford undergraduate and law school alumnus.

Gretchen Bakhshai

Chief Experience Officer and Head of Global Operations

Gretchen Bakhshai is Chief Experience Officer and Head of Global Operations at Knowable. Gretchen previously served as Vice President of Life Sciences at Axiom where she led the National Life Science team in delivering record revenue growth. Prior to Axiom, she held a variety of commercial leadership and operational roles within the Life Sciences sector. Gretchen has an Industrial Engineering degree from Rutgers and an MBA in finance from St. Joseph’s Haub School of Business.

Meredith Crews

Head of Strategic Finance

Meredith Crews is the Head of Strategic Finance for Knowable. Previously, Meredith was the Director of FP&A for Knowable, overseeing the company’s Managed Services offering P&L. Meredith attended the University of Puget Sound and holds a law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Mark Harris

Chairman

Mark Harris is Chairman of Knowable, one of its co-founders, and the former CEO. He is also one of the co-founders of Axiom and served as its Executive Chairman from 2017-2019 and CEO from 2000-2016. Prior to founding Axiom, Mark practiced law at Davis Polk & Wardwell and clerked at the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Mark is a University of Texas undergraduate and law school alumnus.
