  1. Introduce yourself. Find the perfect role for you and send us your resume. Search job openings.
  2. Meet with HR. If your qualifications match the role’s requirements, we’ll set up a time to learn more about you and share insights about life as a Knowmad.
  3. Take an assessment (maybe). Depending on the role, you might need to take a language skill test or other relevant tests to demonstrate your proficiency and how it aligns with the job responsibilities.
  4. Meeting the hiring team. Once you ace the necessary tests, you’ll meet some of your potential future teammates and ask questions.
  5. Find out the decision. You will know the result two weeks after your last interview. You will receive interview feedback no matter the outcome.
